Refund Policy

At Vanderslice Marketing LLC, we strive to provide exceptional marketing, design, and technology services to every client. Due to the nature of our work—much of which involves time, expertise, planning, and irreversible labor—this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted.


All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Vanderslice Marketing LLC are considered final. This applies to all categories of offerings, including but not limited to:

  • Marketing and advertising services

  • Strategic consulting

  • Website design, development, and optimization

  • Social media management and content creation

  • Service credits or retainer-based hours

  • Digital or downloadable products

  • Physical products, printed materials, or merchandise


Once payment is submitted, clients acknowledge that work may begin immediately—even if deliverables are not yet produced—which means a refund may not be possible.


Refunds Are at the Sole Discretion of Vanderslice Marketing LLC

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued strictly at the sole discretion of Vanderslice Marketing LLC. Each request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering:

  • The amount of work already performed

  • Resources purchased or allocated to the project

  • Third-party costs incurred

  • The reason for the refund request

  • The remaining scope of work, if any

  • Clients understand that the initiation of a request does not imply or ensure approval.


Contract Cancellations

If a client cancels a contract, agreement, monthly plan, or retainer:

  • Unused service hours, credits, or partially completed work may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Time already allocated, reserved, scheduled, or spent on project management, research, content preparation, or communication is considered billable—even if not reflected in final deliverables.

  • Retainers are structured to secure time and availability; as such, cancelling a retainer does not automatically result in the return of any remaining balance.


Partial or Full Refunds (If Granted)

In the case Vanderslice Marketing LLC elects to issue a refund, the approved amount will be reduced by any applicable fees, such as:

  • Merchant or credit card processing fees

  • Payment transfer fees

  • Shipping or mailing costs

  • Printing or production fees

  • Licensing fees or third-party software expenses

  • Administrative or setup charges

  • Costs related to materials, stock images, or digital tools purchased for the project

  • Refunds, when approved, will be issued only to the original payment method unless otherwise determined.


Project Termination by Vanderslice Marketing LLC

Vanderslice Marketing LLC reserves the right to pause, postpone, or terminate a project as necessary in accordance with our Terms of Service. In such rare circumstances, we may elect—at our discretion—to refund a portion of the unearned balance, minus any fees or costs already incurred.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including:

  • Completed services or delivered work

  • Custom designs, strategy documents, or digital assets

  • Downloaded products

  • Hours spent in consultation or communication

  • Third-party purchases made on the client’s behalf

  • Emergency or rush-service fees


Policy Updates

Vanderslice Marketing LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time, with or without prior notice. The version published on our website or provided with your agreement represents the most current and legally binding version.


Acknowledgment

By engaging with Vanderslice Marketing LLC, submitting payment, or approving a proposal, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
