Great user experience is often invisible. When a website or application feels intuitive, users aren't thinking about the design—they're simply accomplishing what they came to do.
To me, UX design is about far more than polished visuals or impressive animations. While strong aesthetics help create a memorable first impression, the real value comes from understanding how people think, anticipating their needs, removing obstacles, and designing experiences that are simple, effective, and enjoyable to use.
